Giving 3 stars at this time due to these factors: Lack Of Communication Lack of preparedness Lack of problem ownership It’s sad that I have to give this review especially on my first trip to Pinnacle but these issues will need addressed if this business wishes to keep receiving business from me. I made an appointment the day before my service and they were able to “get me right in” I was told it would be one hour but no work is to be done during lunch hour……… Okay I arrive at my appointment 10 mins before to avoid any interference with “lunch hour” wouldn’t want to interfere with lunch hour…… I arrive and was told it would be 1hr to 3 hours. For brake pads and rotors(seemed a little extreme) I wait patiently for my vehicle only to receive no communication from anyone as to why my vehicle continues to sit in the bay with no work being done. I was able to over hear there was an issue with finding parts(brake pads and rotors), I would’ve thought the correct parts would be here before I arrive to appointment. As I continue to watch I see multiple individuals Non-working individuals leaning on my car. This is NOT your vehicle out of respect of other people’s property do not lean on it. I would have loved to use this place as my new car mechanic but I just can’t after what I have just experienced. I DO NOT NEED anything free, I need these issues addressed and resolved for your future customers.
